Will we have both bedrooms?
Reservations for 1–2 registered guests include one queen bedroom; the second stays locked. Reservations for 3–4 registered guests include both queen bedrooms.
We do not offer separate second-bedroom access for one- or two-guest bookings. Please include everyone staying overnight when you check availability.
What time can we arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Your personal door code and arrival instructions are sent before your stay.
How is the total price calculated?
Nightly prices vary with your dates. The cleaning fee is US$60 per stay. Each registered guest after the first two adds US$25 per night.

Can we use the washing machine and dryer?
Laundry is not available for stays of one or two nights. Stays of 3–7 nights include one wash and one dry; stays of 8–14 nights include two washes and two dries, per reservation.
For stays of three nights or more, an additional wash-and-dry load costs US$20 and must be agreed with us first. Ask us about laundry allowances for an approved longer stay.
Can we stay longer than two weeks?
Our usual maximum is 14 nights. Longer stays are considered individually. Please speak with us before arranging a longer reservation.
Are there any security cameras?
Exterior cameras face the front yard and entrance, and the back clothesline and walkway. There are no cameras inside the home.
