Bookings and enquiries

We use the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, stay dates, guest count and messages, to answer questions, manage reservations and help with your stay.

The services we use

IONOS hosts our WordPress website. Hospitable handles the booking calendar, quotes and reservations. Stripe processes online payments. These providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, to run and protect their services.

Cookies and measurement

Hospitable’s booking flow uses Google Analytics to measure visits and booking activity, and Meta Pixel to measure page views. It may also use cookies or similar tools for its booking features. Our main WordPress pages do not currently have separate Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tags.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect calendar or payment features. The booking and payment services have their own privacy practices; please read Hospitable’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy.
